Armageddon with max skills and 4 Heat Sink IIs using Multifrequency L:
7x Tachyon II = 519 dps (will go up after tach change)
7x Mega Beam II = 509 dps
7x Dual Heavy Beam II = 424 dps
7x Mega Pulse II = 640 dps
7x Dual Heavy Pulse II = 553 dps
7x Tachyon II with Gleam L = 646 dps
7x Mega Pulse II with Conflagration L = 798 dps
factor in 5 Heavy Drones and you get = 976 dps with Mega Pulse II and Conflag L

Impressive, but I only get 1236.1 with Neutron Blaster IIs, Void L, 4 Cormacks, and 5 Ogre II.

also, i was using 8 heatsinks 
also a 5% damage and 5% ROF implant
edit: not sure of the difference, but i used draclira HSs and smart
7 Mega Pulse IIs with Conflagration plus 8 Chelm's HS only changes it to:
1363.467 dps on structure. no idea where you are getting that other 200 =/

I switched to Draclira SB and HS and got no change...hmm
